Trainer Tiffany: I received my degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University and hold a personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With over fourteen years of experience in the fitness industry, I have worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness specialist, and manager. It is my belief that you should train hard, relative to your fitness level, giving 100% of what you have to give to your workout - to yourself. It is my goal to make each workout rewarding, empowering, and leave my clients with the feelings of accomplishment and confidence. I am here to help each client push beyond their current abilities and realize a higher level of personal success.
